The newest addition to the Studio includes a beautiful set of hand weights for the new strength classes being offered. Expand your wellness practice by adding in resistance training aimed at overall body conditioning, focuses on balance, core, pelvic floor and maintaining or improving activities of daily living. These low impact dumbbell classes are perfect for all levels. Shoes are recommended for these types of classes.

TRX is a full-body strength workout utilizing a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. Although this is whole-body suspension training, you use your core for all 45 minutes of the class building your core, strength, balance, agility and power.

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to create heat. Objects within the sauna are heated versus the air. Since it doesn’t generate steam or much humidity, it provides a more comfortable environment for those who have a lower tolerance for heat and humidity.
