This chair class is about what you can do throughout your day, whether at work sitting at your desk or if you just need a good stretch, this class fits the bill for you.

It will give you the needed break to awaken and renew your body, connecting with your breath, and your renewed intentions. You can even take these stretches with you on the airplane….just no headstands, please!!!

Yin Yoga

You will enjoy this Yin class of Gina’s.

It will relax you, stretch you, slow you down and calm you as you let your body and breath move with the wonderful instructing by Gina Odle.

This class is for anyone looking for a break from the business of life and it will provide you just the right amount of stretching that will make you feel like you have done a full yoga class.

“Ahhhhhhhhh, that was just what I needed.” Is a common response to this class.

Colleen’s 1-hour Vinyasa

Movement and breath are the cornerstone of the practice that will leave you feeling invigorated.

This 60-minute Vinyasa Flow is similar to the heated practice held in the UWS on Thursday evenings. It is a power-flow practice that is quite vigorous; but don’t let that scare you away.

Modifications are offered and at any time during the class, feel free to take a break and rejoin when you are ready. The class starts with warmup moves to flowing/strength building and ends with some stretches to work on flexibility and mobility, all for your benefit of deliberately connecting to your body.

Gentle Class

My Gentle Class: This class will help you to renew your mind, strengthen your body, in a gentle way. This is a great way to start your day off on the right track with your mind focusing on unconditional love, lite and joy. The benefits for you are insurmountable for dealing with what is going on in your life at this time.              Carpe Diem!

Beginner’s Class with Lori

This entry-level class is a great class for anyone looking to start a yogi practice or for one who is interested in having a nice, steady flow of a class. It will provide you rest, yet challenge you just enough to let you know that you did “do yoga” today. Enjoy!!!

 

30-Minute Vinyasa Flow

This half-hour class will provide you with the benefit of stretching and flowing. It will give your spine an opportunity to open up and to breathe in the goodness of natural movement that we need in these times. Relax, listen to your body, and enjoy where this class takes you with your breath moving you.

 

 

Vinyasa Flow with Colleen

This class is a great class for any level yogi.  It’s a great way for you to get an overall stretch and strength practice in for your day.  Modifications are offered for you to tone down the practice or for you to push to your “edge”, the point of challenge but not pain.  Enjoy and listen to your body!!
