What is TRX?
It’s a total-body training system that allows you to do all sorts of exercises using your body weight. You have to use you core stabilizers to work out with TRX, so you build your core, strength, balance, agility and power.
TRX is a full-body strength workout utilizing a person’s own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. Although this is whole-body suspension training, you use your core for all 45 minutes of the class.
Lose Belly Fat With TRX
If you are looking for a quick trick to shed some excess belly fat, TRX could be a good place to start. Unlike almost any other training system available, TRX Suspension Training challenges your entire body in all planes of motion creating a huge metabolic effect and helps you build lean, toned muscle.
As challenging as it is, TRX can also be modified for people who are just starting out. You should work with a trainer first to learn proper form and make sure you’re up to even the less intense moves.
