Therapeutic foot massage, also known as reflexology, is a scientifically proven technique of using pressure on specific points on your feet that correspond to each part or organ of your body. This reflex stimulation not only results in increased circulation and relaxation, but also helps to break down various toxins and tissue congestion; activating glands that release natural pain killer. Considered a very effective complement to traditional medicine, reflexology is effective for people of any age and medical condition and has no negative side effects.

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to create heat. Since it doesn’t generate steam or much humidity, it provides a more comfortable environment for those who have a lower tolerance for heat and humidity. Clients often incorporate chromotherapy (the use of colored light) and/or aromatherapy (the use of essential oils) to enhance their infrared sauna experience.

Infrared SaunaBenefits

Similar to a conventional sauna, the benefits of an infrared sauna can include:

  • Anti-aging
  • Detoxification
  • Increased circulation
  • Relieve pain
  • Skin purification
  • Stress relief
  • Weight loss
