Jill has been a certified massage therapist for over 20 years. She began her yoga practice several years ago and was trained in Holy Yoga, a Christ-centered yoga practice. Her journey in life has led her to be an advocate for health, wellness, and community spirit!

She is a seasoned yogi and a terrific teacher!

Colleen McCormick

Colleen has been practicing yoga for several years and is a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor.

As an endurance runner, cyclist and triathlete, Colleen has found balance and healing through her own yoga practice and is passionate about sharing that with others.

Her classes will be a balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release.

Renee Johnson

Renee moved to Crosby recently from South Carolina bringing with her an extensive background in fitness.

She has been a personal trainer since 2006 and is trained in many types of group exercise including Doxasoma Yoga, TRX, Bodypump™, and Silver Sneakers™.

Amy Armbrust

Yoga Instructor

Amy lives in Emily, MN and has a long history of teaching yoga and training teachers at Life Power Yoga! After spending years as a nutrition manager, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor.

Amy began to find the balance thru yoga! Amy knows God used yoga to help her remember that life is worth living! Now that Amy is enjoying these moments you are most likely to find her on her deck with her four kids and husband, at her parents house, or at a brewery with Hubby!

Brenda Schwob

Yoga Instructor

Brenda Schwob is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor.  She teaches in Minneapolis and Crosby, both in-person and virtually.  Brenda’s yoga classes tie together breath, strength, balance, and a nice relaxing savasana at the end.

Instructions are given for all levels with modifications.  Most important is for you to enjoy and build your yoga practice.


Bailey Swensen

Hello Cuyuna Range! My name is Bailey and I am the newest TRX instructor with our lovely yoga studio we have! I was born and raised right here in Crosby-Ironton and took a brief sabbatical to Duluth where I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from St. Scholastica.

Upon returning, I have served at local restaurants, joined the fire department, worked at the gym and started my own business. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of TRX whether you’re just giving it a try or getting back to the grind. I am always learning and adjusting to my class participants to keep everything new and fun.
