Lori is a wonderful addition to the Yoga Studio, with her sweet personality and drive for sharing: “How you can improve your life with the positive practice of yoga” – that she brings to class.
She is a seasoned yogi and a terrific teacher!
When Jill’s Studio first opened I couldn’t wait to go. Little did I know yoga there would change my life. That day my yoga started with soul touching prayer and scriptures and my asanas were set to spirit filled praise and worship music. My love for yoga and the Lord were united and I FELL IN LOVE.
I got certified a year later. I feel like teaching is just letting others join me in my own personal practices. My mat has become my “secret place”. Holy Yoga has helped me to get calmer in my heart, more peaceful in my soul, and stronger in my body. It truly is my pleasure to be a part of Uplifted Wellness and see others “Love the Lord God with all your heart and soul and strength” through the modality of yoga. – Psalm 91:1 – Mark 12:30 .
